Guam and the Philippines will no doubt collaborate on tourism but that day is still off in the future said Joseph H. "Ace"" Durano secretary of the Department of Tourism of the Philippines. Durano was on Guam to speak at the ""Leadership in challenging times"" conference at the Hyatt Regency Guam on Dec. 5. During his presentation he spoke about the progress his country has made in tourism since he came into office in 2004. Following his presentation and his participation in a panel discussion with Guam tourism officials he met briefly with the Journal . . .
