Watts appoints new GM for Guam and Micronesia

Watts Constructors has appointed John Sage as its new general manager for Guam and Micronesia. Sage joined Watts in 2005 after spending two years as a consultant on a number of heavy civil projects including the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Washington D.C. Prior to that he spent 10 years in the construction industry in California. Sage is originally from New Zealand . . .
