CDA negotiates Gardenia tax issue with finance looks for auction do-over

GARAPAN Saipan - With several proposals coming in to purchase the Pacific Gardenia Hotel the Commonwealth Development Authority has started holding talks with the Department of Finance. It is seeking to address the $1.4 million in real estate tax that the resort's former owners had failed to pay to clear the air for a second auction of the resort according to Oscar C.
