Bank suits flying in kiting case

Bank of Guam and Bank of Hawaii filed suits against each other to recoup funds that were lost in an alleged check-kiting scheme by Jale Management Information and Data Services Inc. which does business as Information and Data Services. IDS provided payroll management services to various companies and was an account holder with both banks . . .
