The judiciary of Guam formed a new Judiciary Media Committee to help improve relationships between the different media organizations the courts and the public. Justice Robert J. Torres Jr. of the Supreme Court of Guam and co-chairman of the committee; told the Journal "The purpose of the committee is to foster relations between the media and the courts; increase public access to the courts; and have the media and have the media and courts collaborating on joint community outreach programs." . . .
