Group 57 a restaurant consultant/ management group advising and managing House of Brutus will be opening two new restaurants in 2007. The group's ultimate goal is to expand the restaurants to the Philippines and throughout the region. Eddie Chien executive chef for Group 57; said "One of the goals for 57 is trying to create franchisable restaurants that can be exported someplace else to establish ourselves on Guam and expand to the Philippines Saipan or Honolulu. The importing of franchises doesn't have to be one-way. Guam has enough talent to export our own concepts." . . .
