Nikko Hotel reportedly sold for $65 million

TUMON Guam - Creed Corp. based in Tokyo announced Oct. 6 it reached an agreement to purchase all shares of the Hotel Nikko Guam from Toyo Real Estate Development Co. Japan Airlines and Nomura Real Estate. The release said "The company has established Creed Global Investments Corp. to promote global business related to real estate investment and management. Through this subsidiary Creed Group has been considering several global investment opportunities." The hotel will retain the Nikko name and will remain managed by JAL Hotels Co. according to the release. The sale is expected to be completed in early December . . .
